Meet Your Massage Therapist

She received Medical Massage Training and was certified in Infant Massage in 2008, and she earned her Ashiatsu certification in 2009. From 2007-2011, she worked at a physical therapy office. In 2011, she opened Midlothian Massage, her private massage practice in the heart of Midlothian, VA.
I became interested in massage many years ago, as it was of great comfort to me as a child and later I found massage to be very helpful for my mother’s relaxation during her battle with cancer.
I realize and understand that it is up to each one of us as individuals to take responsibility for our own health and wellness and not to rely on a magic pill or hospital care to fix us. I tend believe in maintaining good overall health so that you rarely have to make a trip to the doctor.
I focus on keeping a good balance in my life, which includes healthy nutrition, a good amount of exercise and stretching, nurturing positive relationships, giving back and helping those in need, proper rest, a continued desire to learn more about alternative forms of healing, and of course respecting the spiritual path that has led me here.
I am truly blessed to work in a field that nourishes my soul, and I hope, though massage, I can help nourish yours as well.
